My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is simply breathtaking, nestled among the vineyards with stunning views of the Douro River. The rooms were both clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful, although there was minor room for improvement in service speed. Dining was a highlight with delicious fresh options, but I wished for a bit more variety. Overall, it was a great experience, and worth the price for the views and comfort offered.
